Jimithingi - or how to make a simple chord progression sound cool!

Remember that when we are doing these, we are basing the entire riff on a chord progression. We just take a series of chords that sound good together and then "spice" them up a bit!

Play this one real slow and smooth. Try to hear the chord changes as they happen. Let your pick glide across the strings, don’t force it. I did not write the chord changes on this one on purpose, I want you to figure the chord progression out yourself. Arrrrrrggggggghhhhhh!!! Homework!!!! Yes indeed, now that school is back in full swing you should be used to it!

There are a lot of "double stops" (two strings played at the same time) in here, along with chord shapes. It is important to be able to play both chords and single note lines to be able to fully  express yourself in music!
